Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund. After this initial 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.

When you cancel a monthly subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial subscription. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.

After this initial 14-day period, refunds for annual subscriptions are provided on a prorated basis according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation within 30 days: 75% refund of the annual subscription fee
  • Cancellation within 60 days: 50% refund of the annual subscription fee
  • Cancellation within 90 days: 25% refund of the annual subscription fee
  • Cancellation after 90 days: No refund will be provided

Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel your subscription to prevent automatic renewal, you must do so at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 7 days of the renewal date, we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund for the renewal period.

Individual Product Purchases

Digital Reports and Analysis

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of individual reports, market analyses, and other downloadable content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the purchased content
  • Significant discrepancy between the product description and the actual content
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Webinars and Virtual Events
